Estadium.bet is close to sign a Master sponsorship with Fluminense

The Brazilian press has been talking for some time about Fluminense's search for a sports betting company for the Master sponsorship on its shirt. And the news continues to boil, with the media even speaking in figures for signing the contract. Talks exist and are in the process of being closed, although the values ​​are not the ones that have been disclosed, with estadium.bet, one of the most important bookmakers in Brazil and with strong support for football.

According to what GMB learned, the talks with sports betting house started about two months ago, but so far some issues have not yet been properly adjusted, including the issue of value and the contract time for the main space of the tricolor shirt. The initial discussions dealt with a contract until the end of 2021, but with the progress of the talks, there is chance of a longer sponsorship, until the end of 2022.

As for the values, nobody wants to talk about numbers, not least because the president of the club, Mário Bittencourt, had already said that Flu had not yet closed a master sponsorship because he received proposals far below what the team considered appropriate. Fluminense has already completed more than two years without a master sponsor.

According to the findings, Fluminense is still waiting for a final counteroffer, presentation of bank guarantees from the new sponsor and a study on business security.

The news about the partnership was launched again this Tuesday (3), during a broadcast on NetFlu and through the club channel, the Sentimento Tricolor. The media in general immediately passed on the information and the phones of both the club and Estadium exploded, according to a company official.

In the final stages of discussions, the contract should be signed in the next few days and it is already known, for example, that the sponsorship will also involve the sale of shirts for Fluminense fans with the brand printed, unlike other clubs, which often sell the basic fan shirt, without a sponsor logo. In all, there is talk of more than one hundred thousand shirts a year, for a team that has more than 3.6 million fans.

Estadium.bet currently sponsors 14 football teams, in addition to state tournaments in Sergipe, Alagoas and Pernambuco. In football, it still has exclusivity to advertise on the pitch boards of all Serie C matches of the Brazilian Championship.
