Luiz Felipe Maia to analyze LatAm’s gambling sector situation at IMGL virtual event

With the presence of two Brazilian companies, the IMGL Virtual Conference will take place from November 10 to 12, which will discuss current issues in the global gambling industry. On the opening panel, at 9:30 am (2:30 pm Brasília time) on the first day, Luiz Felipe Maia, partner at FYMSA Advogados, and Neil Montgomery, founder of Montgomery & Associados, will discuss about the influence of the COVID-19 and the development of online gambling in Latin America.

Marc Ellinger, president of IMGL, will open the virtual meeting and then the cycle of debates will begin, which will include Luiz Felipe Maia, partner at FYMSA Advogados, and Neil Montgomery, founder of Montgomery & Associados.

Maia has over ten years of experience in the gamBLing sector in Brazil and has participated in major industry events around the world reporting the country's importance to the international market. This year, he was elected for the second time 'Lawyer of the Year' in the gambling industry by Global Law Expert. The Brazilian's work was recognized by professionals and companies in the area who evaluated specialists working in jurisdictions around the world.
