There was a gap between the lottery and games sector of the federal government and the state lotteries, and we needed this approach to seek the increase of our activity.”
According to the executive, the sector is strong and needs to be in tune with the Union, which continues with the monopoly of regulation, so that the states can fulfill their social function through their lotteries. “With the meeting, we achieved the necessary approximation for us to do everything in agreement with the central decisions,” commented the president of ABLE.
Marcel Rabello, the entity's legal director, says that “the coexistence between Secap and state lotteries has started to be harmonious and this will result in the development of lottery activity across the country, leading to social assistance, a function first of the lotteries, to everyone who needs it.”
