Gremio announces new jersey sponsorship with Betsul brand

Tratitional Brazilian football club Gremio seals a one-year sponsorship contract with Betsul brand, through Sportradar, a company specialized in marketing solutions for the sports betting market. The commercial deal with one of the largest betting sites in South America, signed this Thursday (20), aims to provide the opportunity for the company to display its logo on the right shoulder blade of the uniforms of professional male football teams.

The brand to be displayed for the first time on the jersey during the first round of the Gaucho Championship, which takes place next Saturday, in Caxias do Sul.

The partnership is welcomed by Gremio’s marketing executive, Beto Carvalho, who highlights Betsul as an important reinforcement in the ‘Tricolor’ sponsorship segment: “We would like to welcome Betsul to the list of the Club's great sponsors. Certainly, the media exposure and the relational context of the brand with its consumers will result in important marketing gains for the company and its audiences.”

In booming expansion, Betsul reaffirms its interest and audience in the sport with the aim of promoting an engaging experience relationship for the fans. To this end, the brand designs a series of sports sponsorship activations in addition to its brand display on the shirts of major clubs, such as the exhibition of signs and advertising panels in the field and special actions on social networks to connect and unite the brand with the fans of the Immortal. “The strength of the fans brings more emotion to the sport and success for this partnership,” points out Fernando Rivas, CEO of Betsul.

 

 

With the arrival of Betsul, the’ Tricolor’ game jerseys add up to five sponsors. In addition to the sports betting website, the brands Banrisul, Vero, Umbro and Unimed support the team.

Gremio was one of only seven teams in the Serie A of Brasileirao that did not have betting websites within its sponsors. After adding Betsul, now only Fluminense, International, Palmeiras, Athletico Paranaense, Atlético-MG and Ceará are left in this condition.

Betsul is a sports betting site developed to serve the most demanding bettors and fans in South America, a region with the largest potential audience in this segment.

To bet, users must be over 18, register on the site and buy a minimum amount of credits. Then, they just select the sport they want to bet on and the type of bet. A differential of the company is that part of the invested amount goes to social causes focused on health and sport.
