Clarion merges four of its regional events in "Gaming Latin America, Brazil”

As part of its commitment to work alongside its stakeholder community, Clarion Gaming decided to merge the Brazilian Gaming Congress (BgC), the Online Gaming Summit (OGS) and the Sao Paulo Affiliate Conference (SPAC) to launch Gaming Latin America, Brazil. This will create the region’s only gaming and affiliate Confex to be held across 19th – 20th October, in Sao Paulo. Juegos Miami is going to be an Ampersand event and its conference and content side will now be incorporated into the Brazilian event too.

Gaming Latin America Brazil, will be held across 19th – 20th October, at the Expo Center Norte in Sao Paulo, following a Confex style model including 50 exhibitors from both the gaming and affiliate sectors.

“As part of our commitment to work alongside our stakeholder community we are merging the Brazilian Gaming Congress (BgC), the Online Gaming Summit (OGS) and the Sao Paulo Affiliate Conference (SPAC) to launch Gaming Latin America, Brazil. This will create the region’s only gaming and affiliate Confex at a time when the industry wants one powerful event to represent it,” announced Kate Chambers, director of Clarion Gaming.

“The second development will see us reposition Juegos Miami as an Ampersand event, bringing together gaming’s knowledge sharing and networking community. The conference and content side of Juegos will now be incorporated into Gaming Latin America, Brazil,” Chambers added.

Gaming Latin America, Brazil

Gaming Latin America, Brazil, will be held across 19th – 20th October, at the Expo Center Norte in Sao Paulo. It will follow a Confex style model including 50 exhibitors from both the gaming and affiliate sectors. The Clarion Gaming teams based in Brazil and the UK will work together in order to deliver a powerful content programme with an agenda which will draw on the unique combination of gaming insight and local knowledge. It will feature regulators and key government representatives drawn from across the region.

With Brazil signing a bill to legalise sports betting in December 2018 along with positive developments across the region we believe now is the right time to deliver a single dynamic industry event. Attending the first consolidated gaming event of its kind in the region delivers significant benefits for both exhibitors and delegates.

“Latin American market, especially Brazilian one, is moving forward regardless of whether regulators can reach consensus or not, the evolution on Clarion Gaming events is further proof that the market is indeed progressing, advancing and growing on its own. So, the expectations are the best possible, with discussions being even more relevant,” commented Thomas Carvalhaes, Country Manager at LeoVegas, attendee and exhibitor at OGS 2019.

Ampersand Miami

Ampersand Miami will be a focal point for gaming’s knowledge sharing and networking community. Held on the 28th and 29th May at the popular Biltmore Hotel, Miami, will retain the emphasis on networking. It will feature an opening drinks reception on Day 0, a Networking Event on Day 1 and Networking Breakfast on Day 2. The opening day will feature a panel discussion on the morning , followed by the Ampersand Assembly in the afternoon. Day 2 we will present the findings from the previous days discussions over the networking breakfast. This is a boutique event to network and meet with industry peers.
