In turn, "there will be a formal process of consultation and clarification during the application stage and there will be two public hearings, one for the presentation of technical and economic offers and another for the opening of the economic offer," they detail.
In addition, the authority clarifies that "it is possible to apply for a gaming casino operation permit in all regions of the country, with the exception of the Metropolitan one." For its part, the Valparaíso Region will also be excluded from the process, since it meets the maximum of three casinos with valid licenses.
After the end of the public consultation period, the SCJ will communicate the start of the bidding process.
