Trader Josue Ramos talks in Betfair about the coronavirus impact on sports betting

The world of sports betting is suffering from the consequences of the new pandemic as well as all other sectors of society. Brazilian professional Josue Ramos reflects on the subject and leaves some suggestions to punters and traders in this complicated phase. In this video, the director of ABAESP (Brazilian Sports Betting Association) and columnist at Betfair, analyzes the impact that coronavirus is having on the market.

Of course, bookmakers and their customers are also suffering from the cancellation of the vast majority of sports competitions, however, it is important to consider some important issues at this stage as recommended in this video.

Josue Ramos says it is not the time for traders to continue working with leagues that are still in dispute, as they should have stopped their activities due to the coronavirus pandemic.

According to him, in this phase of cancellation of the main international competitions, the ideal would be to study, organize and plan the work of a trader, which will give much safer future results.

As for the financial part, Josue Ramos highlighted the importance of creating stability. He recommended that punters should not withdraw their winnings every month, however, make a kind of savings, working if possible for a full year and only then making a withdrawal.

Finishing the video, the expert asks bettors to respect the moment of isolation in fighting the virus and again highlights the importance of focusing on studies and planning before returning to bet when the competitions come back.
