We are closely monitoring the current situation regarding coronavirus infection (COVID-19), which has been declared a pandemic by WHO. Therefore, the Ministry of Health is working with the federal government and municipalities at all levels to take the necessary measures to protect the public's health. The São Paulo state government also announced that all events that expect an audience of more than 500 people must be suspended to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. In accordance with this policy, we have decided to postpone the PPPoker World Championship Brasil 2020, which was scheduled for April 21-28, 2020 (“PPWC Brasil 2020”). As always, the safety of our players, employees and partners at the event is our highest priority. We strive to provide the best experience in poker tournaments and are now discussing with all parties to identify future dates and details for the rescheduling of PPWC Brasil 2020. We intend to resume action when it becomes safe for everyone involved. All seats already obtained through our online and offline channels remain valid for PPWC Brasil 2020 this year.
