Brazilian Vivagol opened a list of four events involving different sports and a new challenge. In the first, the bookmaker wants to know if the Brazilian Championship will be able to start its matches by May 3, the date set for the beginning of the championship before the start of the coronavirus pandemic. In the odds for this event, bettors are hopeless for the end of the crisis. The ‘YES’ is paying 4.00, while ‘NO’ already has 1.20.
The NBA is the second league highlighted by Vivagol. Like the Brazilian Championship, the betting website asks if the main basketball league in the world will be able to return on July 3, as scheduled. In the odds, ‘YES’ and ‘NO’ are tied at 1.83 each.

The last two challenges have to do with European football. The first question is which of the leagues will have its game back first. Germany’s Bundesliga is bettors favorite of ahead of UK Premier League, La Liga of Spain and the Italian Serie A.
The novelty of Vivagol is in the last event where it is questioned who will be the player who will score the first goal in the return of the European leagues. Borussia Dortmound's jewel, Halland, is ahead of hunches; the odds for betting on it are 2.75.
Betcris opened three events asking which competition will return first. The bookmaker begins by questioning whether the American NBA (basketball) or MLB (baseball) leagues will have their game back first. The second event pits MLB again, but this time against MLS, the American football league. Still on the pitch, the last Betcris event places the European football leagues Premier League (UK) and La Liga (Spain), face to face to see which ball will be rolling first.

“Betcris decided to increase the number of entertainment options for our clients, as there is no dependence on a specific sporting event. This process started in 2019. Today, we simply accelerated a little bit and added more time to the site. In this short period, we have had a very positive response,” explains Fernando Garita, Head of Business Development for Latin America.
For its part, Betmotion Brasil also created a special area within bets dedicated to the return of football. There, the site allows betting on more specific and curious topics such as which of the big teams in Brazil will score the first goal after the return of the activity or which will have the first player sent off.
So that no one is left out or feels discriminated against, Betmotion offers the possibility of participating in specific consultations for state tournaments or country areas such as the Northeast or the South, and mentions six teams to make the bet.

Bodog created an event list called ‘Sport Leagues Props’ formed by 13 questions that invite users to bet on when sports competitions will return around the world. When the issue is related to a competition that was in dispute and was paralyzed due to the coronavirus, such as the NBA and football leagues across Europe, Bodog wants to know if users bet if they will return until a specific date or earlier.
In the case of the NBA, the bookmaker asks whether the basketball league will have a ball in the air until July 30th or earlier. As for European football competitions, the question is whether competitions will return until the beginning of May or before.
Still on the European football leagues, Bodog also asks which one will be able to have a match first after the crisis. For now, as in Vivagol, bettors believe that the Bundesliga, from Germany, will return first because the tournament odds in that event is 2.00, while bets on Italian Serie A has 13.00 in odds.

As for competitions that have not yet started a new season and expect the crisis to improve to start of a new competitive year, the question is whether they managed to start on the scheduled date.
The NFL (American football) and MLB (baseball) leagues are in this dispute, as well as the Brazilian Football Championship. For the Brasileirão the question is whether the tournament will start even on May 3. The odds for the ‘YES’ are 4.00, while the ‘NO’ is quoted at 1.222.
Sports competitions have been suspended or postponed in most of the world due to the coronavirus pandemic. Despite the bets, no federation or sports league has officially defined when disputes will resume. In many countries, the decision will depend on the central government to determine the end of social isolation and announce the end of the risk of transmission of the virus.
