"For Meridian, each person is important and that is why through the act of donating blood we want to help citizens who need blood transfusions in these difficult times," explain the company.
At the invitation of the Serbian Red Cross, dozens of Meridian employees responded to donate blood to save a life, especially now that there is not enough blood transfusion for the care required by COVID-19 patients and when this type of assistance it is more necessary.
Meridian and its employees have participated in all forms of assistance. In the past, the company was a donor to the Mother and Child Institute, the Children's Hospital for Lung Diseases, the "Dragisa Misovic" Hospital and Clinical Center, as well as the associations involved in helping children and other vulnerable social groups.
“Our goal is to allow our fellow citizens to be treated in more modern and better conditions, and we will not give up this year,” promises Meridian.
