The game was created by footballer and civil engineer Kaio Kazoi, born in Jaguaquara, who joined developer and programmer Leonan Maia (BeginSoft) together founding KLG Entertainment.
To promote the idea, KLG sought the NeoCom Agency of then partners Bruno Benevides and Pepe Donato. Other investing partners from Guanambi and other cities in Brazil have bet on the idea, including a former football player with past at major clubs in France.
Clube do Palpite debuted on 2019 and this year signed a contract with Band Bahia where it will have an own space within the ‘Jogo Aberto’ TV show, presented by journalist Juliana Guimarães. The platform also has a YouTube channel and an Instagram profile where the follower interacts through other games related to football.
“Being in Band is a very important step in our expansion plan,” commented Pepe Donato, marketing director for the startup. “Football is an undeniable passion all over the planet. Since I was a child, I breathe football and I have always known people's interest in games that involve football and teams. That is why this idea came up,” said Kaio Kazoi, presenter of the YouTube channel and creator of the startup.
Although it is getting better known in Guanambi municipality bynow, the Clube do Palpite has already had presence in several events throughout Brazil. “CP10 is proof that we can innovate from the talents we have right here in our city,” comments Bruno Benevides, director of the NeoCom agency, responsible for Clube do Palpite's communication and advertising.
