The positive trend would confirm the assumptions that the market expected about the growth in the volume of bets that the Bundesliga boosted since its resumption last weekend.
The first Optimove charts released show growth rates in the number of gamblers from the average of the last 8 weeks. On average, the number of bettors in Europe grew from 36% to 65% when compared to last Saturday (German football return day) with an average Saturday from the previous 14 days.
In more detail, the charts show that in Germany itself the stakes grew from 42% to 90%. The markets of Italy (from 35% to 77%), England (from 30% to 67%) and Spain (from 24% to 54%), among others, also doubled their figures.
Optimove's Big Data collection of information from operators in Europe shows positive data for a beaten market in the absence of large and popular sporting events.
