Promoting connection during quarantine

Copag distributes decks to people of risk groups in #EssaÉMinhaJogada campaign

To ease the confinement of elderly people at risk in isolation in their homes or in special care institutions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Copag distributed decks as part of the #EssaÉMinhaJogada campaign. The company released a video on Instagram showing the deliveries and with a message of unity, solidarity and hope that everything will improve. 'This is the game: we, connected to you at home at all times and with all generations', said the firm on the social network.

During the video of about 1 minute, the company shows the delivery of decks to isolated elderly people at home and in care institutions. In addition, Copag underscores its tradition of over 100 years of being present at family moments since the grandparents were still grandchildren and that in this period will continue to connect promoting fun for everyone, being together even by far.

In the text displayed along with the video, the company says: “To warm hearts in this quarantine, Copag distributed decks to those who are isolated and are part of risk groups. Far, but at the same time close! This is the game: we, connected to you at home at all times and with all generations. And when it is possible, we will meet again, the hug will be the most rewarding warmth and the invitation to play cards will be the most anticipated fun. It will pass, because we are together! #copagoficial #quarentenacomacopag #ficaemcasa”.

The campaign was very well received by Copag fans. The video already has about 1400 views and many comments saying that they were moved, and also congratulating the company's attitude. “I loved it so much. They deserve a lot because they are everything in our lives! Take care of yourself,” said one of the 14,000 followers of the company's website.

This was yet another action in a series of campaigns that Copag has carried out to ease the isolation during the pandemic. In April, the company announced that it launched several hobbies tips. In addition, they created an e-book, a playlist on Spotify and “lessons” for customers to learn some card games, among other things.

Copag is a Brazilian company founded in 1908 and part of the Cartamundi Group - the largest in the playing cards segment in the world - since 2005. The company has a wide portfolio of playing cards, children's games and personalized cards. Today, the company offers more than 70 products for children, teenagers and adults.
