Copag changes its website visual identity, launches online truco tournament

After making changes to its logo as part of the redesign of its visual identity, Copag releases a new look of the firm’s website aiming to make it clear that the company is synonymous with fun. During the quarantine, Copag has announced several surprises, such as the launch of the online truco tournament. 'We have a section named 'Make your Game' where users can create their own board game,' comments firm’s Marketing Manager, Amanda Duarte.

The Copag team has made a major change in visual identity since the beginning of the year. Therefore, colors and textures are some of the modifications they have made to adapt the website to the new look of the brand. "The whole site was designed to offer the best user experience, so, in addition to the visual, all the content is organized in order to facilitate the search for information," said the Marketing Manager at Copag, Amanda Duarte.

When browsing the site, visitors are surprised by the “shuffling” of the titles in each segmentation. "The idea of the cards is to play with the shuffling that refers to the use of our products and also to show that Copag is an entertainment brand. We are specialists in playing cards, but, far beyond that, we are specialists in fun. We have products for all public, so the idea is to attract those looking for fun, regardless of age, social class, etc.,” revealed Duarte.

"In addition to the look, the site has a new section called 'Make your Game', where you can find information for those who want to create their own board game. Another change that we made, after analyzing the user experience, was to give greater prominence to our e-commerce (copaloja.com.br) within the institutional website,” she explained.

The news doesn't stop there. In addition to all this brand reformulation, the company will also host Copag's first online truco tournament, with a prize of R$ 500 for the winner. "We have expertise in promoting face-to-face tournaments and for some time we have already wanted to launch something digital. With the pandemic and social distance, we decided that this was the moment. We will have two truco championships in July through the Megajogos application. The first will be on the 19th and the second on the 30th, at 8 pm,” Duarte informed.

In the coming months the brand's goal is to work with the communities (Truco, Poker, Uno, etc.). The months of June and July will be focused on Truco. In addition to the tournaments, Copag will launch an ambassador program, in which they will choose people passionate about truco to help them in the growth of this local traditional card game.
