Now re-branded Betsson Suaposta, the gaming operator introduces new logo

Suaposta presented this Tuesday (16th) its new brand, initiating the second phase of the partnership with the Swedish operator Betsson. The company is now officially called Betsson Suaposta, will have a new logo and both will be used in all of its communication channels. The two companies merged in December 2019 when Betsson became the majority shareholder in Suaposta in Brazil.

The new names and logo of Betsson Suaposta were disclosed through the operator's social networks with a very explanatory text that communicated that this change was part of the second phase of Suaposta’s reformulation project in the country, after the merger with the Swedish company announced in late 2019.

The company explained the importance of the partnership, which will bring improvements for its consumers who place their bets on the website that was the pioneer in offering online sports betting legally in Brazil.

“Through betsson.com.br, we will continue offering digital and mobile entertainment, where experience, service and security will remain the main priorities. Thus, we have fulfilled our mission: to offer a unique, fun and exciting entertainment experience in a responsible way,” says the company in the statement.

The text also shows in practice what will change for current users. According to Betsson Suaposta, the main change happens in the address of the page.

“To access, users only need to type www.betsson.com.br. In the rest, everything remains the same: same forms of deposits to place bets, same login and password and the same service team that people know and trust,” concluded the operator.

In December 2019, Betsson and Suaposta began with their partnership. The traditional Swedish company, leader in iGaming in Europe, acquired 75% of the Brazilian company. The founders of the local firm, André Gelfi and Fernando Corrêa, continued to lead the business.

Betsson already has a relevant presence in the sports betting segment in horse racing, through the Racebets brand, one of the leaders in its segment in continental Europe and the United Kingdom.
