Intralot launches special Keno Minas site so that fans bet and helps Atlético


Atlético-MG announced a new partnership with Intralot almost a month ago, which started in July. The company responsible for operating the Loteria Mineira games announced this week along with Galo (as it is known Atlético), the launch of a website specially made for fans to bet on Keno Minas, which ends on helping the team. A percentage of the amount bet on the platform will be allocated to the club.

This Monday (13), the chairman of the Board of Intralot, Sergio Alvarenga, was present on the “Bastidores” show of Itatiaia radio station to talk about the beginning of the partnership with Atlético Mineiro.

Fan of the team, he celebrates the partnership. "I am passionate about Galo, as are my children. But Intralot does not have a football club. It is a company and we cannot treat things on the side of passion. This format is one that works in Europe, in several football places, and that we are bringing here. We are very optimistic," he says.

One of Intralot's main games is Keno Minas. Based on numerical odds, with draws every four minutes, it distributes prizes. It is in this area that Atlético can obtain resources, counting on the engagement of the fans, who will be able to place bets online through the Keno Minas website made especially for this partnership.

 

 

According to the website, the more the fan bets, the more the club raises. In addition, 60% of the value of the bets returns in prizes to the bettor.

"Part of the value of all bets made by fans will go to Atlético," explains Alvarenga. "Our business format with Atlético is not a traditional one, sponsorship, or even the purchase of a player. That is not our entry," he claims.

Keno announcement

Alvarenga also talked about the recent announcement of hiring a striker (which has the same name Keno) along with the partnership with Intralot. "It was a luck, a happiness, because it coincided with the date of the announcement of our partnership. But it was a coincidence. Those who have the power to bring this type of sponsorship to Atlético are Rubens Menin and Ricardo Guimarães," he says.

The partnership, according to him, was already defined three months ago by the black-and-white president Sérgio Sette Câmara. "If Keno was already being contacted, it was not a privilege for us to know. Our partnership was formed so that Atlético would benefit from a percentage of the collection that the fans bet on our website", he completes.
