The city of Manaus was one of the most affected by the arrival of COVID-19 in the country. Therefore, Copag, in partnership with the Homocentro of the city, developed a solidarity action for people to donate blood.
"To encourage people to participate in this action, since June 4, we have made playing cards available, which were given to everyone who contributed to the cause," said the company on its social network.
In addition to Manaus, Copag is expanded its campaign to São Paulo from June 22 to July 6. The state has the highest rate of contamination and death due to coronavirus in Brazil.
“We are pleased to invite everyone to launch the blood donation campaign, in partnership with the Pró-Sangue Foundation. Playing cards will be given to all people who donate blood during this period,” informed the company.
