According to Leo De Biase, partner at BBL, the expansion is seen as an "advance to the next level" in the relationship.
“We are happy to move to the next level of our relationship with ESL and complete the transition that we started at ESL One Belo Horizonte in 2018 and in strengthening the Brasil Premier League (BPL),” said De Biase.
“These projects, as well as many others, have increased the presence of ESL in local community championships due to the partnership with BBL. ESL and BBL will continue to deliver the best content to our local fans,” De Biase added.
BBL has been responsible for the operation of ESL Brasil since its creation in September 2018.
