Our worldwide community of gambling industry leaders provides us with an opportunity to better understand the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on gender and leadership roles. In this questionnaire, we desire to learn about the effects gender may have had on the contribution of ideas and solutions to challenges stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic and the ways in which leadership roles may have changed.

We hope that the findings from this research can be used to help inform the community and the industry at large of the various ways in which gender influence and leadership roles have changed because of unanticipated events.

With this survey, we will ask you about how your department and organization are affected by change.  Gender and Leadership may play a role in the adoption of solutions, prevention, and planning practices; your current response and recovery efforts; and a look forward to the long-term effects of this pandemic.
