Caixa reaches 3rd position among the most valuable brands in Brazil

Caixa is the third most valuable brand in Brazil. This is shown by a survey by the British consultancy Brand Finance, specialized in this type of study, published this month by Exame magazine. The bank's brand was estimated at US$ 4.838 billion, an increase of 14.3% compared to 2019. This represents an increase of US$605 million in the value of the Caixa brand. The study is the most respected in the world, being used by investors and entrepreneurs to define strategies.

The survey considers business performance, equity and marketing investments. According to the report, Caixa moved up two positions and overtook Petrobras and Banco do Brasil, which were in third and fourth place, respectively, in 2019.

The financial sector dominates the ranking with Itaú (US$6.8 billion) at the top and Bradesco (US$ 6.7 billion) in second place. The study is the most respected in the world, being used by investors and entrepreneurs to define strategies.

“The CAIXA brand has a 159-year tradition and is part of the life of all Brazilians. This appreciation in the bank's brand shows our effort to improve governance and services provided to society, especially in difficult times such as the current ones,” explains Pedro Guimarães, Caixa's president.

“CAIXA, in a solid way, is essential in the economic recovery process, being the main agent of public policies of the federal government,” added the president.
