The fifth edition of the eSports Brazil Award (PeB) will feature Oi, Lenovo, Monster Energy, New Era and ge esports as official sponsors. “Seeing big brands renew their sponsorships with PeB and also being the gateway for a global brand like Monster in the Brazilian eSports scene, proves that we are an accurate communication platform for companies that want to connect with fans of the sport,” says Thiago Milhazes, head of the eSports Brasil Awards.

The awards, which will take place on December 16, in São Paulo, are organized by GTG, a company belonging to the V3A group, in partnership with Player1 Gaming Group.

Reinforcing its positioning in games, Oi enters for the fourth consecutive year as a sponsor of the Award. This year, the company will offer the Best Streamer category and will provide all the internet infrastructure for the event.

Legion by Lenovo has also been present at the awards for two years and is heading for its third in a row. The brand will present for the second time the Personality of the Year category, which in 2020 awarded Gaules.

In addition to these two veterans, the eSports Brasil Award 2021 also has the entry of Monster Energy and New Era as sponsors for the first time. Monster will present the Breakthrough Athlete category and New Era will provide the official awards caps, which will be given to the nominees, finalists and judges of this edition.

The award is also sponsored by ge esports, Grupo Globo's electronic sports news portal, which will present the category of Best Virtual Football Athlete.

With multiplatform transmission, including SporTV and Player1 channels, the ceremony will award the biggest highlights of the eSports scene in 2021 in 22 categories, with the participation of the public and a panel of judges formed by more than 60 professionals and experts. Among the new features of this edition are the awards for the Best Female Athlete, New Female Athlete and Best Athlete by Valorant.
