The event also served to strengthen the dialogue between MAPA and sector agents who took the opportunity to clarify and question specific points in the notice.
"The meeting was very positive since we had a good participation, with national and even international companies with local representation, showing interest in adhering to our notice and proposing ways for Maranhão to implement the lottery in the state," commented President Antonio Nunes.
On the occasion, Nunes reiterated the interest of the State Government in offering the state lottery service in 2021 and highlighted the importance of having studies proposed by specialized technical personnel in the field.
“PMIP allows us to receive several proposals for implementing the service and a Selection Committee will analyze all of them in order to define the best format for exploiting the Lottery. The importance of this format is precisely due to the fact that we open to specialized professionals to present their studies, which makes the process, in addition to being democratic and transparent,” added Nunes.
Until February 12, interested parties will be able to file the Authorization Request, available on the MAPA website (https://mapa.ma.gov.br), in the annex of the Public Notice PMIP No. 01/2021.
After this phase, the authorized applications will have up to 60 days to present the complete studies to the company, so that the Selection Committee can start evaluating them.
