LeoVegas UK office will be group’s first to start welcoming back employees

LeoVegas Group announced that UK-based office will be the first to start welcoming back employees following ease of restrictions in the country. The company will adopt a hybrid approach with a mix of working from home and from the office, giving “the best of both worlds.” LeoVegas is also working to “bring employees back in a safe way.”

At LeoVegas we want our space to be somewhere to work, socialise and develop! We will be adopting a hybrid approach to working with a mix of working from home and working from the office, But that’s not just it – our people have the option of working from any location overseas for one month!” states the company on its social networks.

As an employer LeoVegas will focus on bringing employees back to its offices in a safe way. However the firm also wants to be a leader in the new digital revolution. “We want to give our team the best of both worlds! Together as one team, we will keep on chasing betterness and YES, we will make it happen!” it adds.

Whilst working remotely, we have seen our teams achieving results, however as a Group we believe there is no replacement to meeting face-to-face and spending time with colleagues at the office! As we see the need and importance that we maintain our ‘Team Leo’ culture, boost ‘Innovation’ and have fun along the way,” the firm also states.

For both current and future employees, LeoVegas wants to bring back the experience of face-to-face interactions, welcome new starters through a dedicated on-boarding experience, and enjoy the fun, vibrant and amazing offices the group has all over the globe.

We also believe that through technology and automation we can achieve results regardless of where we are! At LeoVegas Group as we focus on achieving great business results, the autonomy and flexibility of employees is of utmost importance,” the firm concludes.
