Betcris and Genius Sports sign innovative agreement for the LATAM market

Genius Sports announced a new strategic relationship with Betcris that gives the leading sports gambling operator in Latin America access to its entire official sports data content offering, including a full NFL product suite. Betcris will incorporate Genius Sports’ technology to power immersive live experiences for millions of sports fans throughout the region. “With this deal, we secure access to accurate and official data that allows us to enhance our product offering,” says, Betcris CEO JD Duarte.

As part of the agreement, Betcris, the official sponsor of the NFL and MLB in Latin America, will incorporate Genius Sports’ innovative technology to power immersive live experiences for millions of sports fans throughout Latin America. It will also gain access to Genius Sports’ proprietary, official data and live video feeds from thousands of events per year, including its official NFL data products, dynamic content and player acquisition and retention solutions.

Betcris will become one of the first betting operators in Latin America to implement a full Genius Sports NFL offering, including access to the league’s real-time official play-by-play statistics, proprietary Next Gen Stats (NGS) data and official sports betting data feed.

Genius Sports also represents the NFL’s legalized sports betting advertising inventory across the league’s owned and operated digital platforms. These assets alongside the NFL’s official data feeds will create end-to-end value for Betcris across the full player lifecycle from player acquisition to pre-match and in-game betting, through to long-term customer retention.

Genius Sports data feeds will support the growth of the Betcris trading and sportsbook platform, providing users the ability to place wagers on hundreds of new competitions, supported by secure, authorized and official data from top-tier sports leagues around the world.

In addition, Betcris will also deploy BetBuilder, Genius Sports and Sportcast’s fully automated single-game parlay solution for the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB and major soccer competitions.
