KTO Brasil announced Andres D'Alessandro as ambassador for Brazil and Latin America

Former player and idol of Porto Alegre’s Internacional, Andres D'Alessandro was announced as the newest addition to bookmaker KTO Brasil as brand ambassador. “D’Alessandro is the new ambassador of KTO in this development of social responsibility, extending its operations to Latin America, directly in the countries of Peru, Brazil and Chile,” confirmed KTO, through social networks.

D'Alessandro retired after ending his spell at Internacional and has already taken the next step to continue his football career. The former athlete turned presenter and is recording episodes of the show called “La Boba Cast”, which is produced in partnership with Conmebol.

"Congratulations KTO... now there's a midfielder number 10 in the team that only had midfielders and, modest aside, the team can fight for great achievements after the preseason," commented Tinga, also embassador of the betting house, and former partner of D'Alessandro at Inter.

D'Alessandro recorded the first two episodes of the show in early June. On the first day of the month, the Argentine was welcomed by Juan Sebastián Verón – idol from Argentina’s Estudiantes. The former player and club vice president gave an interview on the pitch of the Uno Jorge Luís Hirsch stadium.

He also received former goalkeeper ‘Pato’ Abbondanzieri (Boca Juniors) and midfielder Leo Ponzio (River Plate) to comment on ‘Superclasico’ moments (D'Alessandro was a River Plate player).

D'Alessandro retired from football on April 17 of this year, in a match between Internacional against Fortaleza, for the 2nd round of the Brazilian Championship. He still scored a goal at the end of the first half before being substituted in the 25th minute of the second half.
