Inter’s Marketing VP celebrates EstrelaBet and female team partnership success

In May of this year, Brazilian football team Inter started its partnership with bookmaker EstrelaBet. While in the men's team the firm occupies the shoulders of the uniform, in the women's one it is the master sponsor. The club's VP of Marketing, Jorge Avancini, is very excited about the agreement because “the results have been excellent from the point of view of the visibility of Sport Club Internacional,” he said.

The partnership between EstrelaBet and Inter is already starting to bear its first fruits, according to the club's vice president of marketing, Jorge Avancini, one of those responsible for making the agreement between the parties viable.

“We are extremely satisfied, the results have been excellent in terms of visibility. EstrelaBet's support allows us to further qualify and improve our squad and our infrastructure in women's football. It is a project that Inter treats with great affection and there is no turning back. We came to women's football to stay,” said the Inter VP.

With more than 26 thousand members at Inter, Avancini knows the importance of valuing the category. According to him, the objective of the partnership is to bring the fans closer to the so called ‘Gurias Coloradas’, through more resources that increase the performance and infrastructure of the women's team.
 


In recent years, Inter has been increasing investment in women's football and the growth is noticeable. Multi-champions in the basic categories, the’ Gurias Coloradas’ already dispute the point-to-point leadership in the Brazilian professional championship. In addition, several athletes are constantly called up to the national team, as is the case of midfielder Duda Sampaio, who defends Brazil in the Copa América. This scenario, therefore, has been used to attract brands that want to invest in the modality.

All this success, by the way, was one of the factors that attracted the bookmaker. The head of sponsorship of EstrelaBet, Rafael Zanette, believes that other companies should take a closer look at women's football, since, according to him, the brand is already having good commercial results as a result of the agreement with Inter.

“EstrelaBet believes in women's football for the development of the sport that grows every day! Therefore, it is also an excellent form of partnership for EstrelaBet in commercial terms. I believe that other companies should look at women's football with its great potential,” concluded Zanette.
