Increased visibility and customer acquisition in Brazil

Appost closes deals with Mixbet and pitaco.com for its sports betting tips platform

The app of statistics and sports betting tips, Appost, has just closed two deals with major players in the Brazilian market, Mixbet and pitaco.com. The brand is focused on capturing new customers through a unique investment strategy in the digital environment. The two bookmakers aim, with the agreement, to increase visibility and user experience on their platforms.

Because it is an application accessed by Brazilians and is on the rise for providing sports betting tips to its users, it is understood that they can have a good capture of customers through the app.

For Juliano Fontes, founding partner of Appost, betting is a way for Brazilians to have fun and interact with the sport and the club they love. They can not only test their knowledge, but also enjoy and give opinions, winning real prizes.

“For the football ecosystem, there is a very large added value, as it injects money into the sport, sponsors clubs and makes the sport stronger and more consolidated,” he said.

Founded in 2021 by Juliano Fontes, Marcel Szajubok and Benjamin Back, Appost was born with the mission of helping football lovers to profit while watching the games through reliable statistics and automated analysis, which evolve thanks to the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Despite common sense classifying bets as games of chance, when involving sports, they become a game of skill because the knowledge of the sports bettor directly influences its result.

Apppost presents itself as an educational and informative application. In its free plan (released for 7 days), it brings information about teams and championships to the user, similar to what other apps do.

Appost aims to go deep into the analytical part. The company invested in a development team to have its own tools, such as performance graphs and simulation of results based on in-app statistics. With just 1 minutes of play, the application can start giving tips on what to bet on the games of the more than 200 championships that are followed.

These more advanced features are part of the paid version of the application, which also has betting tips, aimed at the public that doesn't want to think too much about the odds – for example, the odds of each team in a match.

Another focus of Appost is the educational and interactive part. It has several video classes, bringing explanatory content for those who are starting to bet, as well as more advanced lessons for those who want to go deeper into this world. The founders also plan to include social functionality on the platform, where players can exchange information and interact on results.

As the CEO explains, this differentiated focus also answers the question of the company not wanting to become a betting platform, a highly disputed market that also requires a large volume of obligations in terms of compliance.
