Salsa Technology hails CGS Brasil 2022 a “major success”

Salsa Technology has hailed the latest edition of the influential CGS Brasil exhibition as a “major success”. The event was held on September 12 and 13 in Florianópolis and attracted the most influential LatAm iGaming stakeholders across the industry to network and discuss all the latest developments in the country. The Santa Catarina city certainly lived up to its billing as the ‘Brazilian Silicon Valley’.

Salsa’s impressive stand enabled the company to showcase its leading LatAm-ready iGaming solution where several highly experienced staff were on hand to share more about the gaming platform, Salsa Omni, and content aggregator Salsa Gator, which has the largest library of LatAm focused games in the region, among other solutions.

The stand provided an ideal place to demo the portfolio of Salsa Studio titles and there was a chance for visitors to enjoy an artisanal cachaça which is produced right in Santa Catarina.

Salsa’s unrivaled localised knowledge contributed to several key panel discussions on the opening day of the event, which was attended by regulators, operators and some of the main players in the sector.

Salsa's Head of Marketing and Communication, Eliane Nunes, took part in a session about “Communication and Advertising in the Gaming Sector”, which was moderated by the president of the Instituto Brasileiro Jogo Legal, Magnho José, and also joined by André Alves (Control+F5) and Leo Wurmann (Ocular).

Nunes shared details of Salsa’s commitment to ensuring its experience is felt throughout the entire company, top to bottom: “This begins with the personalised onboarding approach where all employees feel as if they truly belong to this fantastic industry. Sector credibility is created by the people from the businesses understanding the industry as a serious one, socially and economically relevant and a core catalyst in the entertainment industry”.

Salsa's Lead Account Manager, Camila Alves starred on “Entering the Market: Steps to enter the Brazilian market”, together with Natalia Nogues (Control+F5) and Camilla Carvalho (Pay4Fun) who was the moderator.

The panel produced an in-depth debate on the merits of localisation to truly understand how to make a success of the region. The session was very insightful and guided by three experienced iGaming women with vast knowledge of local nuances and market behaviours.

To cap off a wonderful event, during the cocktails, Nunes (Salsa), Nogues (Control+F5) and Gabriela Novello (Altenar) were recognised as celebrated Women from the iGaming Sector.
