It aims to be interlocutor with government and Congress

New National Association of Games and Lotteries is born in Brazil

The National Association of Games and Lotteries – ANJL will be launched this Wednesday (15) night, in Brasília, with the aim of defending the interests of the sector and being the interlocutor of sports betting and lottery companies with the government and Congress. André Feldman, a professional with more than 20 years of experience in the segment, is the entity's president.

“The Association was created to be the interlocutor of the areas of lotteries, fantasy games, games and sports betting with the government and Congress, especially at this time when a Provisional Measure is finalizing in the Ministry of Finance to regulate sports betting in Brazil,” says André Feldman, president of ANJL.

“For this reason, we will receive any company that intends to work in the regulated market as partners of our entity, which is from the whole sector,” adds Feldman.

The main sports betting platforms were invited to the launch night and anyone who wants to register will be able to fill in the membership document. The president does not list the current members, but leading companies in the segment are already part of the entity.

Feldman himself is a representative of Caesars Entertainment and the entity's vice president is none other than Alexandre Fonseca, country manager Brazil at Betano, a Greek company and one of the largest in the world in the sports betting segment.

The entity was born just a few days after the creation of the Brazilian Integrity Association (Abradie), founded by other big names in the global gaming market, such as Genius Sports and Entain, alongside the Brazilian Rei do Pitaco, leader in fantasy games in Brazil, and the law firms Bichara e Motta and Maia Yoshiyasu.
