“Soft2Bet has the best gamification solution to increase retention and reduce bonus costs”

Soft2Bet presented its main gamification solutions at SBC Lisboa, highlighting the Motivational Engineering Gaming Application (MEGA). In an exclusive conversation with GMB, Nicolás Campano, LatAm Sales Director, stated that the tool exceeded all expectations. Regarding Brazil, he highlighted that he is paying close attention to the regulatory movement and that he will attend SBC Rio and BiS SiGMA to “welcome all operators who want to learn more about our solutions.'


GMB – What did Soft2Bet present during the SBC Summit Lisbon?
Nicolás Campano – We came here mainly to present our gamification solutions, with which we have managed to increase retention and directly reduce all bonuses. We also presented our turnkey solutions for the regulated market, meaning all the currently regulated markets in Latin America that are of interest to us, obviously Brazil, Mexico, Peru, and Colombia. We are here to welcome any operator from any regulated market so that we can showcase our platform and gamification solutions.

Speaking of Latin America, how is Soft2Bet's presence in the region, especially in Brazil at the moment?
Latin America, in general, is an important emerging region for Soft2Bet, and for us, Brazil is a very interesting market now that regulation is about to begin. But besides Brazil, Mexico is also very interesting to us, as it is another already regulated and quite mature jurisdiction. Additionally, we intend to enter the regulated market in Peru.

Specifically regarding Brazil, we will participate with a booth and present our solutions at SBC Rio and BiS SiGMA in São Paulo, and we are very happy to welcome all operators who want to learn about our solutions.
 


Around 120 companies have registered with the Ministry of Finance for Brazil's regulated market. How is the engagement work with them, and what are Soft2Bet's expectations for the country?
Soft2Bet has a platform that currently features one of the best gamification engines in the industry. We believe that for Brazil and any regulated market, retention is very important, and margins are getting smaller. Therefore, we believe that introducing this gamification to achieve a longer player lifecycle and to increase retention and loyalty can be really beneficial for any operator.

What are Soft2Bet's plans for Brazil?
Obviously, to certify our platform and all our gamification engines, as well as to present ourselves at events so that the entire region becomes familiar with our solutions.

How is the Motivational Engineering Gaming Application (MEGA) performing in the Brazilian market, and how can this tool help operators?
Our gamification tools are a combination of casual gaming and iGaming. The idea is to create a more immersive user experience and make the user spend more time in front of the screen, thereby increasing both deposits and the average revenue per user, as well as screen time. The goal is for the operator to reduce their bonus budget while directly increasing quality and providing a more innovative and entertaining experience.

Is it an enhanced experience for the player?
Exactly, it's basically a tool to keep the player more entertained within a casino, as we are mixing casual gaming with iGaming, offering an additional layer beyond the adrenaline rush that the player seeks when placing a bet.

 



Has it been a good product for operators?
Of course. In Europe, we are seeing screen time increase by four times, along with a 65% increase in GGR and 45% in ARPU. In other words, the metrics before and after introducing our gamification engines are truly spectacular.

Were the results achieved with MEGA unexpected?
We really invested a lot of time and work into this, so we expected an increase in all these metrics, but it's true that we didn’t expect them to grow so much.
