One of the biggest differences between online and physical bingo is that in the first one, prizes are awarded to players automatically. In contrast, in the second one, players must “claim” by raising their hand or voice. If they do not claim the prizes, players run the risk of losing them.
END2END has just added a new feature to its online platform so that players “must” claim the prizes, rather than having them awarded automatically.
In this way, taking another step towards making the online user experience more like the one in a Bingo Hall.
How does this new feature work?
The different prizes of the Bingo game are issued normally, but they are not credited to the player's balance until the player claims them via the interface.
The player has up to 30 seconds after the game has finished to claim all their prizes. If in that period, the player claims their prizes, then they will be credited to their balance.
If the player does not claim his prizes within this period, various situations may occur. From awarding the prizes to the rest of the players who did claim them, to diverting these amounts to the progressive jackpots existing in the Hall. Each of these options is configurable and will depend on how the operator wants to implement it.
