The Secretariat of Prizes and Bets of the Ministry of Finance recognized, through Ordinance SPA-MF No. 1,775, of November 8, 2024, the operational capacity of the sixth certifying entity to operate in the Brazilian betting market at a national level: Trisigma B.V., from the Netherlands.
The process of recognizing certifying entities complies with the standards established in Ordinance MF/SPA No. 300, of February 23, 2024.
The obligation to certify betting platforms, online games and the integrations of the first with different suppliers is part of the federal government's strategy to guarantee a safer market for Brazilian bettors, through the continuous evaluation of the compliance of operating agents with the operating rules of the regulated fixed-odds betting market.
Trisigma has had its operational capacity recognized to certify betting systems, live gaming studios and online games to be presented by legal entities interested in the commercial exploitation of fixed-odds betting and which will be used by operating agents authorized by the Secretariat.
Trisigma Test Labs in the Netherlands and Spain have extensive, internationally recognised facilities for testing and approving online and land-based gaming systems.
