AMIG holds workshop on data protection in the iGaming era

The Women's Association of the Gaming Industry (AMIG) is holding the workshop 'Data Protection in the iGaming Era' this Tuesday (19) at 2pm (Brazil time). It will address legal bases and user rights, as well as challenges of digital marketing in compliance with regulations. Panel 2: Risk Management and Data Security
Speaker
: Luiz Augusto D’Urso - specialist in Digital Law, lawyer, president of the National Cybercrime Committee of ABRACRIM and coordinator of Cybersecurity at ACSP. Professor in the MBA in Intelligence and Digital Business at FGV and author of reference works on LGPD.

Panel 3: Digital Marketing and Data Protection: challenges and legal consequences
Speaker
: Roberta Guedes - leader in Privacy and Data Protection, awarded among the 20 most followed executives in 2024. Specialist in Corporate Law, brings an in-depth view on the integration of data protection in the financial, technological and regulatory sectors.

Moderator: Alessandra Margotti - criminal lawyer and legal consultant, with a doctorate and master's degree in Criminal Law from UFMG and a specialization in Business Law from PucMinas. She is also a university professor, certified DPO and Compliance consultant with a focus on cybercrime, corporate crime and data privacy.
