After the documentary analysis stage by the Special Accreditation Committee of Lottopar, the president of the authority, Daniel Romanowski, called for the signing of the Accreditation Agreement by Prohards Comércio, Desenvolvimento e Serviços em Tecnologia da Informação Ltda. and ST Soft Desenvolvimento de Programas de Computadores Ltda.
Once they sign the accreditation agreement, they become accredited and move on to the next phase, where they need to demonstrate operational capacity, as well as provide guarantees for contract execution and payment of the fixed grant in the amount of R$15 million (US$ 3m) per qualified company.
The signing of the concession contract with these two accredited companies is scheduled for the last week of March. The signing ceremony will take place at B3, the Stock Exchange, in São Paulo.
