“EveryMatrix’s new bonus tools will soon be available for the Brazilian market”

Business development in Latin America by EveryMatrix was highlighted at BiS SiGMA Americas. Senior Sales Manager, Josmar Diaz, shared insights into the company's plans for Brazil and the region in an exclusive interview with GMB. “We have further developed our bonus tool (tournaments and promotions) and we already have another for surveillance that will soon be available to all customers here in Brazil and in the rest of LatAm,” revealed the executive.

GMB - How is EveryMatrix's business development going for Latin America?
Josmar Diaz
-Very well, thank you for being here. I'm very happy to be able to return. It is the second time at BiS SiGMA Americas. I was in Brazil last year and I'm very excited to implement so many things we have planned for this region starting this year.

How did you see the fair this year? What feedback did EveryMatrix receive?
The fair was very good. They were very busy days, we had a lot of expectations. We were finally able to complete many meetings with different people and partners that we have here. Furthermore, a few days before the event, we visited offices of suppliers and customers who currently work with us and who will also start working in the region. So, all very well.

And what new features did EveryMatrix bring?
Well, for what has evolved over the year since we last spoke in London, we have further developed our bonus tool, which is primarily focused on casino and sports betting. We are already the largest aggregator in the industry, with an extremely strong product in this sense. We are now devoting all our efforts to developing our bonuses, tournaments and promotions product, which is completely independent of all game providers and will allow our operators to create their own promotions, tournaments and jackpots.

We have a bonus surveillance tool that will prevent our operators, currently and especially in Latin America, from having to carry out so much manual work to do all the necessary checks and avoid risks when granting bonuses. We launched this right after London. It is already in operation with some of our operators in Latin America, in Peru, we also have customers in Europe and will soon be available to all clients here in Brazil and in the rest of LatAm.

You entered the Peruvian market in a strong way, being one of the first to obtain a license there. What are the next steps for Brazil?
Well, we hope to follow the same route. We are closely monitoring both our technology, compliance and legal teams, and all of our employees who deal with game suppliers, monitoring all regulatory information that arises. We are taking all necessary precautions regarding any product decisions that may not be implemented here.

We will explore what other options we can offer our customers, seeking to understand specifically what Brazilian players are looking for and how we can serve and develop solutions for our operators. This is our main objective, not only for Brazil, but also for Peru. We are developing other tools in our bonus area for diversification, aiming to be as flexible as possible.

Many of our meetings here in Brazil during this event were focused on the current relationships between some operators and their suppliers, and what they are looking for in new suppliers. The flexibility we can offer, along with the strength and stability of our platform, especially coming from Europe, shows that we can do an excellent job even though we have less experience in Latin America. I believe we are progressing very well in the few months of this year, with great momentum in Latin America.

What are the new products you presented at BiS SiGMA Americas?
Well, our next releases are going to be exciting. The first is Bonus Guardian, as I mentioned before, designed to protect our operators against bonus fraud by users. We also have Elevate, which will be released at the end of this quarter, followed by our famous Ggame Wraper, which will be available at the beginning of the third quarter.

Additionally, we will have around 27 new integrations ready by the end of this year. This means we plan to maintain our position as the industry's largest aggregator by adding 27 new providers this year. Most of them are focused on Latin America, including Brazil, Peru, Chile, Colombia and other countries in the region.
