It means that, wherever it is applied, the portals, lottery products or sports betting website comply with the requirements determined by Lottopar regarding Responsible Gaming and are in accordance with the ordinance published by the authority , which establishes guidelines and minimum rules for lottery and fixed-odd betting operators and which establishes the State Policy for Responsible Gaming.
The logo also starts to monitor some publications on official communication channels, such as press releases, institutional videos and social networks that are related to the theme of Responsible Gaming.
For Lottopar's operations director, Fabio Veiga, the objective is for the brand to facilitate the identification of websites, portals, documents, among others, that are related to sports betting and other lottery modalities.
“The idea of implementing the Responsible Gaming brand is to make it easier for the user to be sure that they are entering a website authorized by Lottopar and that the lottery products are safe and comply with the standards relating to Responsible Gaming”.
On the Lottopar portal, the logo has already been inserted in the footer of the main page. By clicking on the icon, the user is taken to the Responsible Gaming page, where it is possible to access different types of content related to the topic.
Such content presents the reader with detailed information about Responsible Gaming, as well as its objectives, highlighting what a responsible bettor is, myths and truths about the sports betting market, among other related topics.
