Quinel is approved as a laboratory accredited by Lottopar in Paraná

Lottopar received this Wednesday (8) the directors of the Quinel testing and certification laboratory to sign the approval form that enables it to work with lottery and sports betting operators in Paraná. With this accreditation, the state has five qualified labs and is the one with the largest number of authorized companies.

The tests and certifications carried out by the five companies approved to work with lottery and sports betting operators in Paraná guarantee that the games are safe, fair and free from fraud.

Making a comparison, testing laboratories perform a similar function to the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (Inmetro), which promotes testing and guarantees the quality and safety of products and equipment.

Every game, sports betting site or equipment will only be authorized to start operating by Lottopar after presenting all the tests and certificates required by the authority. This ensures the safety of the Paraná lottery market at all stages of the process, in addition to offering a safe entertainment experience for Paraná players.

“We are very proud to be the entity in the Federation with the largest number of approved laboratories, which demonstrates the consolidation of the lottery market in Paraná as a hub of technology and innovation for this sector,” stated the president of Lottopar, Daniel Romanowski.

“Using betting sites authorized by Lottopar, and with the certifications of these laboratories, the user has the guarantee that bets are safe, fair and free from fraud and within the highest international quality standards."

For the representative of the Quinel laboratory, Dr. José Cid Campêlo Filho, the company's arrival to operate in Paraná demonstrates Lottopar's commitment to the security of the lottery market in Paraná.

“This is an important milestone for Lottopar as Quinel is a certifier and its job is to provide security and ensure that the lottery equipment and systems that are being delivered to the public are duly certified, accredited, approved, bringing security to bettors,” commented Campêlo Filho.

Paraná already has five accredited laboratories to work with lottery operators, which can be consulted at this link. The notice for accreditation of testing and certification laboratories remains open and can be consulted here.
