The ‘Reclame Aqui’ award, which celebrates its 14th edition this year, involves the participation and direct voting of consumers. In the award, companies with the best reputations on the ‘Reclame Aqui’ website are nominated.
Voting takes place between September 1 and October 31. All consumers who are registered on the platform and are over 18 years old can participate.
“The nomination is a recognition of our work, which seeks to convey solidity and transparency to our audience. It means that we have a customer service team that provides immediate and effective support, ensuring a positive experience at all points of contact,” highlighted Marcela Campos, Vice President of the Esportes da Sorte Group.
To vote, participants simply use the same login and password to access the ‘Reclame Aqui’ account and choose the companies that deserve to take home the trophy.
