"NGX's robust and flexible platform meets all the needs of those looking to enter Brazil"

NGX participated in SBC Lisbon focused on expanding its presence in Brazil and Latin America, highlighting clients such as Lottu, part of Grupo Esportes da Sorte, and negotiations with major global operators looking to enter the country. Alexandre Tauszig, Commercial Director, highlighted in an interview with GMB the robustness and flexibility of its platform, developed to meet local culture and regulations, targeting new markets in 2026.

GMB – What were NGX’s objectives at SBC Lisbon and what new developments were presented?
Alexandre Tauszig – We are once again in Lisbon, where we had excellent results last year. SBC is a gateway for those who want to enter Brazil or Latin America. The Summit features a huge expo that attracts many people in search of business, partnerships, and networking. These are the reasons that led us to participate again.

Today NGX has clients in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Africa, which makes countless players reach out to us.

What are the new features of NGX’s platform at the event?
The main highlight is our growing presence in Brazil and Latin America. A few years ago, NGX was not very well known, but today we are gaining significant respect. We have signed some major new clients in Brazil, one of them being Lottu, part of the Esportes Gaming Brasil group, which also includes Esportes da Sorte and Onabet. We had the honor of being chosen as the platform provider for their third brand, which was launched a month ago and which we expect will take off strongly by the end of the year.

And more major clients will be announced in the coming months, including two major global players and another strong Asian operator, Dafabet. We will soon issue a press release about them and this operator’s strong plans for Brazil. Another Chinese operator is also coming into Brazil with us. Given all this, we expect an electrifying end to the second half of the year.

So, all of this is thanks to the innovation and robustness of NGX’s platform?
Yes, a robust and, above all, flexible platform. Today, clients struggle to be properly understood by providers. Some platforms from outside Brazil — without naming names — often fail to communicate effectively with clients, not just because of language barriers, but because they don’t fully grasp the culture and the requirements of our regulation. Since we are based in Brazil and understand the culture and language, it is much faster for us to deliver solutions to clients.

The NGX platform is entirely built with widgets. In our back office, we provide an interface where clients themselves can fully configure the look and feel of the platform without depending on our programming team. It’s much faster and easier for clients, and they’ve been very satisfied.

Because it appeals to them as clients and, of course, reflects the feedback from their users as well?
Absolutely. The end customer—the player—is looking for the best experience. And what is the best experience? For example, being able to register quickly with just a few clicks and not get lost on the platform. When they want to play, they enter the platform, register, make a deposit, and start playing in as few steps and at the highest speed possible. Our development team is always focused on this and looking for ways to improve and speed up the user journey so that the customer experience is maximized.

With all this expertise, improving the platform, and complying with regulations, is this also a business card for NGX to expand into other markets, such as Latin America?
Definitely. We are currently participating in some leads in other countries that I cannot reveal yet in order not to create false expectations, but we do have plans to expand in 2026 into new markets while continuing to grow in Brazil. So, if you’re watching us — an operator who isn’t happy with your current platform, or someone looking to enter Brazil with the right technology — look for NGX.
