Both Betano and Blaze operate in Brazil’s fixed-odds sports betting market.
The discussion at KLA will address market rules and practices, as well as the challenges faced by companies over the past two years following the approval of Law No. 14.790/23, enacted in December 2023, and the subsequent regulations issued by the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) and other relevant authorities.
The roundtable will be moderated by Melissa Kanô, Partner and Head of Media & Entertainment, and Ana Carolina Cesar, Head of Data Protection, Intellectual Property, Technology, and Artificial Intelligence at KLA.
Also joining the discussion is Roberto Lambauer, Partner in Public Law at the firm and responsible for regulatory matters.
