Eduardo Paiva, a representative of Consórcio World Lottery, commented: “We are pleased to have been selected and to have reached such an important stage, as this is a highly complex process involving a publicly traded bank with a AAA rating in the financial market.”
Now, Banestes and the Consórcio World Lottery will discuss the terms and conditions of the definitive contracts for the potential partnership, as well as the reciprocal due diligence initiated during the proposal evaluation phase.
Another representative of the consortium, Emiliano Giri, an Argentine national, added: “We are aware of the potential that the State of Espírito Santo has in the lottery sector, and we are committed to ensuring that this final negotiation succeeds so that the people of Espírito Santo can benefit from a lottery service of excellence.”
The project in Espírito Santo includes all federal lottery modalities, as well as sports betting and online gaming, both digital and in-person, with plans for the installation of VLTs throughout the state.
