EstrelaBet announces that it identified a one-time technical issue in the pricing of a rebound odd in NBA games held between October 21 and 23. The error affected a limited group of customers.
Reinforcing its commitment to customers and to transparency in the regulated market, the company decided to fully honor all payments related to the impacted bets. The amounts will be credited within 48 business hours, that is, by the end of Monday (October 27).
