Espírito Santo advances in lottery regulation through strategic partnership with Lottopar

The Public Services Regulatory Agency of Espírito Santo (ARSP) signed a technical cooperation agreement with Lottopar this Wednesday (29) to strengthen lottery regulation in the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo. The deal provides for the exchange of information, technical training and joint actions aimed at improving the supervision and transparency of the sector in the State.

The partnership will promote the exchange of data and information, as well as the execution of projects and the planning of regulatory actions. The agreement stipulates that both institutions will provide human, technological, and material resources for the implementation of the work, while maintaining confidentiality over shared information, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

According to ARSP’s General Director, Alexandre Ventorim, this cooperation is strategic for the agency. “The collaboration with Lottopar is an essential initiative for ARSP, as it represents an opportunity to strengthen our regulatory capacity through the exchange of experiences, insights, and best practices.”

“Furthermore, by establishing a partnership with a reference entity such as Lottopar, we reaffirm ARSP’s commitment to operate in a coordinated and efficient manner, aligned with the best national practices, to ensure that lottery services in Espírito Santo are offered with responsibility, security, and transparency.”

According to ARSP’s Sector Director, Tatiana Santos de Oliveira, the initiative aims to enhance the regulation of lottery services in Espírito Santo. “This strategic partnership allows us to broaden our understanding of the lottery sector, improve oversight, and promote greater legal certainty and transparency in regulated activities, benefiting the people of Espírito Santo,” she emphasized.

With an initial term of 24 months, the agreement reinforces ARSP’s role in fostering a solid and reliable regulatory environment, benefiting consumers, operators, and the public interest.
