Upon entering, visitors and employees are greeted by an Arena-style reception with an integrated bar, inviting them to watch live championships and transform meetings into collective experiences. Three themed rooms — including one inspired by football — capture the sportive and digital essence that defines the company’s operations.

In addition to its new base in São Paulo, Flutter Brazil maintains its headquarters in Recife. Even with physical offices, the company operates under a flexible work model, with professionals working remotely from across Brazil and around the world. Following its merger with the NSX Group, the company now employs over 400 professionals, positioning itself as one of the key players driving the consolidation of the Brazilian sports betting market.
