“The experience, talent, and winning legacy of someone who conquered the world come to reinforce our purpose: to be synonymous with trust and credibility in the world of sports betting,” the company stated when announcing Edmílson’s arrival as its new brand ambassador.
A World Cup winner in 2002, in South Korea and Japan, Edmílson built a brilliant career across Brazil and Europe. He won the São Paulo State Championship, the French and Spanish national leagues, and the UEFA Champions League with Barcelona, in addition to his World Cup title with the Brazilian National Team.
At 49 years old, the former defender also boasts achievements with Lyon and São Paulo FC, as well as participation in Barça Legends, the team of former stars from the Catalan club.
Beyond football, Edmílson is the founder of the Edmílson Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides educational, sports, and cultural programs. Over nearly 19 years, the foundation has benefited more than 6,000 young people.
This is not the player’s first involvement in the sports betting sector — he has previously served as brand ambassador for PixSorte.bet and B1.Bet.
Esportiva Bet is a licensed Brazilian sportsbook, authorized by the Federal Government (CNPJ 53.570.592/0001-43) to operate online betting in the country.
Recently, the brand announced that it will be the main sponsor of the Jogo das Estrelas (All-Star Game), alongside another Brazilian football legend, Adriano “The Emperor”. The event will take place on November 22 at Rei Pelé Stadium in Maceió and promises to be a historic celebration.
The company also took part in the SBC Summit Lisbon, represented by its executive team — Igor Business (CEO), Márcia Marques (CRHO), Luis Eduardo (CMO), Uilian Maciel (COO), and Lucas Cuattrin (CCO) — ready to share insights, strengthen strategic connections, and showcase Brazil’s growing strength in the evolving global betting market.
