The congress is taking place in Asunción, Paraguay, through next Friday (14), and Lottopar’s election follows the agency’s achievement of international certifications and its active participation in several Cibelae working committees.
Recognized as a benchmark for the gaming and betting sector in Ibero-America, the event brings together leaders, regulators, and companies to discuss the direction of the market. The congress continues the debates held in Paraná in June, when Cibelae organized its international seminar in Foz do Iguaçu.
Cibelae is the organization that brings together state lotteries from across Ibero-America, with the goal of promoting cooperation, knowledge exchange, and the protection of legal and responsible gaming in the region. The congress will address a strategic agenda focused on the challenges and innovations in the sector, including:

Now as an elected member of the Board of Directors, Lottopar strengthens its commitment to modern and responsible regulation of the Paraná market. This participation will allow Lottopar to actively contribute the state’s successful experience in implementing a lottery model and to adopt international best practices, ensuring the security and integrity of the betting sector in Paraná.
