After the successful initiative, the two organizations announced the new intensive online Masterclass on CRM and Gamification, scheduled for December 3 and 4, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Brasília time), live.
The course will combine theoretical concepts with practical activities to deepen the application of CRM and gamification in the Brazilian context, focusing on local solutions, regulatory compliance, and the cultural nuances of the national audience.
