UX Group announces Ana Carolina Furtado as new Head of People at Reals

Reals, part of UX Group, has announced the appointment of Ana Carolina Furtado as its new Head of Human Resources. A graduate and postgraduate in Psychology from PUC, she also holds specializations in Leadership from Fundação Dom Cabral, an MBA from IPOG/Franklin Covey, and an international Coaching certification from ICI.

With a solid background in the consumer goods industry, Ana Carolina brings over 15 years of experience in people management and organizational culture. She spent five years at Piracanjuba, in addition to holding positions in the financial and technology sectors.

Over the past four years, she was part of Grupo Alpargatas S/A, where she began as Head of People at ioasys, the group’s digital transformation company, and concluded her tenure as Business Partner Director at Havaianas Brazil.

Recognized for her innovative approach to HR, Ana Carolina has led award-winning projects nationally, earning six recognitions in the past three years, including mentions at BDA by ABEdesign and Employer Branding Brasil. Among her key achievements are a Culture Platform and an Individual Development Program (IDP) created entirely through artificial intelligence.
