Galerabet's agreement with Mercado Livre Arena Pacaembu expands the company's investment in partnerships involving sports, symbolizing a strategic move in what is considered one of the main arenas in the country. The company also has a corporate VIP box at Allianz Parque, Palmeiras' stadium, and has been investing in women's football for some years, sponsoring the Ferroviária-SP team's uniform.
“Galerabet has very clear and objective values when associated with large companies, and the agreement with Mercado Livre Arena Pacaembu reflects precisely this moment, aligning with the enhancement of our brand within serious and ethical principles that have always guided our steps, even before regulation,” celebrates Marcos Sabiá, CEO of Galerabet.
“We know how much this partnership means in terms of size and visibility, but also in leveraging the size of this sponsorship to bring content and activations related to Responsible Gaming to the public,” he reinforces.
“The arrival of Galerabet integrates our brand ecosystem and strengthens the complex's activation calendar. We remain committed to quality experiences for the public and to the best market practices,” highlights Thiago Savoldi, director of business and experiences at Mercado Livre Arena Pacaembu.
In other segments, the sports betting platform has pioneering initiatives, including sponsoring the São Paulo Carnival, together with the Independent League of Samba Schools, since 2023.
The company also played a key role in the debates surrounding the approval of the bill regulating fixed-odds betting in Brazil, which came into effect in January of this year. In 2024, for example, the company distinguished itself by promoting the ‘1st Forum on Awareness and Protection of Online Gambling Players’.
Always at the forefront, Galerabet has a comprehensive integrity program focused on protecting its players against fraud, match-fixing, or pathological gambling. It also takes special care in promoting continuous awareness among its employees to absorb and transmit the company's culture of integrity and values of transparency.
Furthermore, it has a team undergoing continuous training on topics related to Responsible Gaming, money laundering prevention, and ethics, seeking to provide players with a safe and protected environment against fraudulent and illegal practices. All of this was already happening before the regulated market, with a prioritization of good ethical and integrity practices in operations, in-depth knowledge of the players, and monitoring of journeys on the platform, which meant that the company was already ahead of the curve when the Federal Government regulated it.
