The initiative aims to bring a relaxed and informative conversation to the public, enhancing the experience of watching football matches.
Hosted by journalist and sports betting expert Fred Ring, the BigOddCast Sportingbet also features Julio Cesar, Champions League winner with Inter Milan, and digital influencer Lucas Tylty.
During the chat, the trio discusses the games, points out trends, shares predictions and offers betting tips, as well as revisiting memorable stories from the Brazilian goalkeeper's European career, who lifted the Champions League trophy in the 2009/10 season.
“We are very proud to be with Sportingbet in these valuable moments of football with the UEFA Champions League. The brand has been very present with SBT in the broadcasts and we have already developed genuinely innovative actions with them, such as the award-winning ‘Mesa Orelhuda’ project,” says Marcos Kotait, national multiplatform director of SBT.
“This time, with ‘BigOddCast Sportingbet’ it will be no different. We are once again delivering creative, high-quality content that resonates with and delivers results for the advertiser, while also bringing relevance to the viewer across various platforms,” he says.
“Sportingbet already has a history of successful partnerships with SBT, and it’s always a pleasure to be together during the tournament’s big moments, where we can talk about the emotion on the field and the possibilities that each match brings. After the success of the ‘Mesa Orelhuda’ project, we’re back now with this special offering,” points out Diego Tagliaferro, Sportingbet’s project leader.
“We believe that combining analysis, entertainment, and information in a Champions League pre-game show, coming directly from experts on the subject, is the perfect combination to enrich the audience’s experience,” he reinforces.
The initiative includes a three-minute clip from the live videocast shown during the pre-game on television, while the full version, approximately 20 minutes long, will be available on +SBT, the broadcaster’s streaming channel.
In addition, the content will be published on the SBT Sports YouTube channel and will be further developed on the broadcaster’s and Sportingbet’s social media, expanding its reach and reinforcing the brand’s presence on digital platforms.
